Well, "Help!" and "Magical Mystery Tour" are not the kind of movies that you will see over and over again, but I'd really recommend you to watch "Yellow Submarine". The drawings are wonderful and surrealistic, and the music selection is magnificent, from Rubber Soul to Sgt. Pepper's (including the "All You Need Is Love" single). Also, the final message of the movie is great.

Well, "Help!" and "Magical Mystery Tour" are not the kind of movies that you will see over and over again...

I've lost count of the number of times I've seen Help! and Magical Mystery Tour.

KE has watched them more times than I have, I reckon.  She walks about talking in movie script sentences.

I don't have a huge music video library. Although I have just put on episode 1 of Anthology.  Again. Thought it was time for a rewatch after reading Lewisohns book.

Another worthwhile Beatle one is the documentary on the making of Cirque de Soleil's Love.

There's a priceless moment during rehearsals when they're projecting huge videos of the Fabs. One of a young George comes on with a big smile. They cut to Dhani  in the audience just staring up. Like his dad is smiling out at him. Quite touching.

It is a really enjoyable concert. I thought they should have had Sam Brown record Horse to Water as a single. She nailed that song. Except for forgetting the words

I must have seen 'Magical Mystery Tour' about a hundred times (I even saw it at the BFI last year) and, in a certain mood, I'd argue it's the best thing the Beatles ever did. I certainly think it has weathered better than 'Sgt. Pepper's'.
If nothing else, it's always struck me as a dry run for 'Monty Python' which was first broadcast at the end of 1969.

I like 'Help!' a lot and watch 2–3 times a year. Whenever I need a bit of rejuvenating. It puts me back in the same skin I was in at age 11. And that's saying something.

I've got special memories about "Help!", since that film introduced me to the Beatles. I just think that "Yellow Submarine" has higher artistic merits than the other movies, even when the Beatles had little to do with the making of the film (excepting the music).

I liked that movie, but I wouldn't put it if I had to entertain someone that is not a Beatles fan.
