George's great Indian music mentor, Ravi Shankar certainly passed on his brilliant musical genes.
I just adore Nora Jones. "Sunrise" & "Come Away With Me" are such a beautiful songs. She has a plaintive voice and a penchant for soft, bluesy & soulful melodies. She's quite the musician...no surprise considering who her daddy is. Check out her duos w/Bob Dylan ! awesome!
Just saw her do an hour-set on Austin City Limits. She owned that show..I think she's absolutely riveting and lovely. Hope her star shines forever. Be still my heart....
