The Beatles version is a demo without all the harmonies and other bells and whistles of the Badfinger version but I still like it better. I guess I just like Paul's voice better.

Paul wrote Come And Get It for the movie The Magic Christian and specified Badfinger perform it just like his demo.

I remember hearing Come And Get It on the radio when it was first released and thinking what a great new Beatles song it was!   ;D

Paul's version. Badfinger's version is very little more than a copy of Paul's demo, and a copy can never be better than the original thing.
