Becks Morning Phase album. Glorious. Always really liked him. It's a mixture of acoustic and orchestrated songs - a mix I think nearly ruined Neil Youngs Harvest but it works wonderfully here. As the title suggests best played at 5.00am as the sun is coming up. Not that I would do that now, unless I was getting up to change a nappy, but I have memories of long slow one downs watching the sun rise...

I was thinking that perhaps it might be good to have a separate thread of new music that members enjoy. I know it's covered by this thread but, given we have many members who like discovering new acts and music, it might encourage more sharing. As we're all Beatle fans it could be interesting to hear what others like amongst newer acts. This thread is great but also includes lots of older stuff being revisited. A new music thread could for example only cover music released in the last five years (just an example).

Anyway. Just a proposal.
