Last week I ordered best of-CDs of Strawberry Alarm Clock, Harpers Bizarre and The Cowsills, and bought the new Antony & The Johnsons CD and a Placebo 7" picture disc the old fashioned way.

Manda and the Marbles- Angels With Dirty Faces

I wasn't expecting much of this album, but actually it's pretty good. It's sort of like a rawer version of the Go-Gos or the Bangles.

Surrealistic Pillow by Jefferson Airplane. I knew a few songs from it, but now I'm convinced this album is one of the best from those years.

Geez, sorry Joost. Just saw this question and although its been 3 years ago, yes I like it. Some of it has that over the top fluff, but other stuff is genius in my opinion. 'The Know It All', 'It Won't Always Be The Same', and 'To Claudia On Thursday' are pure gold for me.
