Totally agree. How different it all could have been if they'd ended up at Decca.
I feel sorry for him for not getting the chance to Produce Free As a Bird etc. (I know his hearing had gone)

Does anyone know what 2 songs George Martin quotes as his favourite? 1 from John and 1 from Paul.

It may surprise some of you.

Oh, when i listen to the Beatles I like almost everything. Also Tomorrow never knows and Helter skelter. I don't like modern things like heavy metal or death metal. I don't like modern dance too much. but everything from popmusic (yes, Robbie Williams also) and nice tunes I like. Nothing extreme.
But what is the answer to your question?

I'm not sure whether to let this question run a bit first before revealing. ;)

:D Hmm, interesting theory Tamara. Ok, my answer would be "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" and "I've Got A Feeling"   :)

I've read somewhere that George Martin really liked Here There And Everywhere. I'm not sure about John's song. A Day In The Life?
