This is newly erected in the brand new Liverpool L1 shopping development recently opened. Costing GBP 1 billion + by private investment of Lord Grosvenor, it is the biggest retail development in Europe and a stones throw from Mathew Street.

Pretty awsome the only Beatles bits we have in Edinburgh is the John Lennon bench in Princess Street Gardens and in the big HMV Store they have a With The Beatles album cover on the wall as you come up through the escalater from the Games Deparrment.

The drums used by Ringo on the rooftop of St. Georges Hall in Liverpool city centre last year for the opening celebrations of Liverpool being awarded the European capital of culture. They are on show in the world museum.

Yes fendertele, they reproduced that front page on their special issue commemorating 125 years of the newspaper. They must have regarded it as very special, it became one of their best selling issues ever that 8th Dec 1980.

Percy St and Gambier Terrace flats are just occupied by other individuals at the moment so no chance of getting in there. The Art College is undergoing a sale and renovations at the moment for the JMU.

I'm the dwummer Jane :)
This is during the Mathew Street festival when we done a whole set of 20 Beatles songs especially for the day. Usually we vary from 60s to 90s but get right up to date with Amy winehouse, Amy McDonald and Lily Allen when we have our female sing Siobahn.
