LOL! I love that rumour! I think it has been proven that it's the inside of his coat. But let the ladies dream!! ;D

Maybe it should have been called Tool on the Hill!!!!! LOL!! I just thought of that!! ;D

Nicely done. Beatlemaniacs are no strangers to having every detail or clue possible 'uncovered' as would be the case here.  There is a really cool screensaver on that site of the 'Pepper' album where each person/toy/etc. comes on the screen one by one and it explains who/what it is.
