Video: Ringo Starr talks about next CD, new All-Starr Band in video

In his latest video update, Ringo Starr says he's getting ready for his summer tour with the 13th edition of the All-Starr Band.He says he's also has begun working on ideas for his followup to his “Ringo 2012” album released earlier this year.
