She was good in Finding Nemo, though.

Shes a funny standup, i saw a special of hers on Comedy Central that was good. Havent seen the talk show, but her standups fine

Oprah's become so self righteaous, I can't take it. I used to watch, but it's enough already. I watched Ellen the other day just to see what it was all about, and she was pretty funny. I can't wait to see her interview Paul because it's not going to be a typical interview I think.

I always found it funny, With Ellen and American Audiences.
I'm sure when she 'came out' about her being gay, the ratings dropped that much, it was axed after the third series.

No, the ratings when UP that much. Then the show got boring. I watched it 'til the end, and it just wasn't as funny as it was when it first came on. That's all there is to it. That happens with sitcoms. A lot. Nothing to do with us Americans not liking gay people. :

Yeah indica see over here in america we make shows that have more than 5 episodes before quitting.

i hate that, the best sitcom of all time Fawlty Towers, only ever made 12 episodes. thats not even 1 season

I miss Microsoap. It was only on for like, what, two, three seasons. I would even watch the reruns. Same thing for Stick With Me, Kid.
Man, those were two great shows! Very sophisticated and funny, even if they were kid's shows.
