A new series looking at THE WHISTLE TEST YEARS begins tomorrow night on BBC 6 MUSIC, with BOB HARRIS presenting interviews and music from the original TV series.
Presumably, there will be extracts during the series from various solo BEATLES appearances on the show, which is broadcast between 9:30 and 10:00pm from Monday to Thursday next week.
Further details can be found here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/6music/shows/inthearchive/

Did any Britlanders see Room 101 on BBC 2 last Friday? Ian Hislop wanted to consign the guys to the depths of Room 101 as his first choice. He failed (Paul Merton is a big Beatles fan), and finally agreed with slight embarassment that he was probably wrong anyway! But it seemed Hislop was making choices based on his friendly personal antagonism with Merton due their exchanges as regular panellists on Have I Got News For You.
