are there any beatles recordings/tapes in a vault?

are there any rare recordings/tapes of beatles songs in a vault somewhere?i know courtney love is keeping some nirvana/kurt cobain recordings in a vault, and i wonder if there were many beatles recordings left to distribute? :-/
