ha2ha  ha2ha Thanks for clearing that up Kev! But I was thinking along the lines of some nice Tim Tams. LOL Remember when I asked you about those? I don't know who brought them into the library for us but there they were one day and I had no idea where one might get more. I should have Googled sooner. Turns out they sell them less than 15 miles from here. The bad news is it's Wal Mart who has them. That may be the one thing that would get me to go there!

every now and then I binge on 6 pieces of toast with vegemite. Not for brekkie, usually a mid morning snack. Is unbelievably yummy with a coffee lol

We were just talking about vegemite the other day and I was the only one who knew what it was. That's because of the fine multicultural education I've received here from A Land Down Under. ;)

He still fills the stadiums.  I think everybody realizes he's 70+ years old at this point, so I don't think he's ruining any legacy.

I think a lot of people come to SEE him and sing along with all the songs they know so well. Everybody should understand that the voice of a man of 73 is not the same as the voice of a 20- or even 50-year old. But as long as Paul and his audience enjoy it.... Why not?

Add two more to MetLife Stadium on August 7th.  I'm taking my sister to see him for her birthday!

I took her to see A Hard Day's Night twice in 1964 and Help! in 1965.

For her birthday in 1977, I took her to see Beatlemania on Broadway.

I'm happy we're still here...and happy Paul's here too!!

I was just thinking about that. You were a good brother then and still are. I hope you two have a fantastic time.

;D   Great video clip; thanks for sharing that!

My elder daughter did a little stop-motion movie for an art class this past semester to the tune of Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da; I have been pestering her to finish it so I can share it here. Of course, she already graduated, so there goes her motivation.  :-\

Make sure she finishes it during her summer vacation, Kathleen.

I think plenty of young Beatles fans are still happy to have a chance to see Paul live. I'm glad her still tours. Even if his voice isn't the same, seeing the songs that shaped me performed by the man who wrote them was an amazing experience.

Maybe Ringo will tell Paul that he should surprise everyone by playing a small venue, say, the Seneca Allegany Casino like he did last year. I'm sure the fragrance wafting over from the cow field on the other side of the expressway would convince him. I know Todd Rundgren enjoyed it last summer.  ;)
