Beatles film 'Magical Mystery Tour' rolls up on iTunes, new ringtones offered

The 1967 Beatles film, “Magical Mystery Tour” just keeps coming our way. Not only was it recently remastered and released on DVD, Blu-ray, and Deluxe Boxed Edition (see full article with photos and trailer here), it’s now digitally available exclusively on iTunes for $17.99. You can rent it for $4.99.

Jeff Lynne: Can’t get it out of his head

MONTREAL — Jeff Lynne hasn’t put out an album using the Electric Light Orchestra tag in 11 years. It’s been twice that long since he released one under his own name. The wait, on both counts, ends Tuesday: Mr. Blue Sky, Lynne’s re-recording of ELO’s greatest hits, will be issued under the group signature.
