I finally saw this movie last night.  It was alright, the songs were great of course.  Jim Sturgess did a great job.

For the record I love this film. Of course I much prefer the Beatles renditions but there were some great stand out moments. Come Together and Oh! Darling in particular for me. Dana Fuchs can really wail, if you'll forgive the Wayne's World terminology. She's also a babe (okay, I'll stop it now)....

I was also dumbstruck as to what Rachel Evan Wood sees in Marilyn Manson. Maybe it's the different coloured eyeballs.

Across the Universe is nice and sweet, it`s a musical and the actors are good. I`ve seen it 4 times. You won`t regret it.

FNU and I were supposed to have a movie night and we were gonna watch Across The Universe, but we couldn't find it On Demand, so we ended up doing the most random things.
Those things include:
Playing with old lipstick.
Watching TV.
Drinking orange soda.
Tattooing each other.
And saying the word "What-EEEHHHHH-ver".

Okay, so FNU and I finally watched Across The Universe. I thought it wasn't bad. I didn't like some of the covered songs, or the people, but it was a cute movie.

It's a film about a fathe taking custoty of his daughter the soundtrack  has Beatles songs in it and the film has lots of Beatles references in it.
