Warm, sunny, humid. All in all it would be a good weather here in Moscow if not these:

I think now that this time of the season I don't like at all, I nearly detest it. All because of this nasty white thing.

You're right Corr. It is Populus' seeds surrounded by tufts of long, soft, white hairs which aid wind dispersal. A nightmare of allergic people.
