She's fine Dave. Thanks for asking. Nothing uncommon for her or any of the girls during a riding session. I just cant believe my wife caught that one with the camera.

I'm happy to hear she's OK, Todd.  She's in good company...

No one ever got a picture of me going over a jump without my horse.  ;)

Thats cool stuff Barry. Didnt know you rode. I'm not a horse person and dont know a thing about them, but my daughter and wife are nuts about them. I finally relented and let them get a horse, but I will have nothing to do with it. I'll try to find a picture of "Gilligan".

Here's one with "Tux". I cant remember what kind he is, but he's one of the huge horse's like a draft or something like that. She's leery of him because he's got some attitude.

I cant find "Gilligan", but here's another of her and "Annie"

Dont know what horse this is. Lol

Women gravitate to horses more than men, Todd.  But I've been around them since I was a kid.  I've always liked horses and started riding when I was seven.

In college, I worked as an exercise boy at Belmont.  Thoroughbreds are pretty strong and you've got to have strong arms for some of them.  I liked exercising and training Standardbreds much more.  They're more even-tempered.

Annie's a fine-looking mare!

I prefer the motorized mounts, that way when I do fall off I know its usually my fault.

Thanks, Todd.

I'm fearful of motorcycles.  The roads are just too crowded in these parts.

Very trusting birds aren't they. I saw a pair in Dawsonville, Georgia at a kangaroo ranch some years ago. They are loud!

My daughter and one of her usual dismounts this weekend.

The first time my daughter got thrown her riding instructor congratulated her and told her she was a true rider now. Glad your daughter didn't get hurt. I had a pony when I was little and got thrown and stepped on but it didn't stop me from riding, either!

Kookaburra Song

When we sang it in kindergarten, my friends and I would sing "sh*ts" instead of "sits."  It drove the teacher nuts!      ;D
