I know it was performed in Around the Beatles on the 27 April 1964, but I worked off the UK release dates I got from an Apple site. Some may be wrong I know that after I had long finished the DVD, I noticed some spelling mistakes too, but it was much to late then to start over.
Maybe in Version 3.

^ I never heard of that, I've heard of them getting sick off stage before a really big performace but never on stage
