Yes, on August 16th and 17th 1962.  That wasn't the first time Johnny Hutchinson had to be recruited on moment's notice.  He sat in as drummer when Tommy Moore was late showing up for an audition The Silver Beetles had in June 1960.

We're familiar with this footage taken on August 22, 1962 at The Cavern Club, Ringo's first appearance with The Beatles (by that name)...
