Blue Jay Way

I don't really like this song, the melody doesn't really flow.  I seems like a filler song.  Anyone else feel this way?

i quite like it...it gets boring at the end though-i tend to think of hello, goodbye, baby, you're a rich man, blue way jay, and flying, as the fillers on that album.

I never considered Hello Goodbye filler -- I considered it one of the best.  Blue Jay Way just DRAGS; Hello Goodbye doesn't.

Hello/Goodbye was not filler. It was a number 1 for goodness sakes. I do understand if its filler in your opinion, but,,,

Need to remember MMT was concieved and released as an EP. Capitol turned it into an album for the US market.
I reckon Hello Goodbye is a GREAT single. I know I'll get shot down for this, but it's a bit like Abba's Dancing Queen-brilliant shiny pop, perfect for the radio (don't hit me)
Blue Jay Way is just.....boring. (look up melody in the dictionary George)

^ Yeah, but you have to remember at this point, the catchyness wasn't always the main target to hit. I think its a great song, very eery, and gets the mood across perfect.
I love the drum rolls, especially the 3rd one, if I can remember :)
