This is a petition for all of you who disagree with my friend who will never stop telling me that George looks like a monkey! It is SO annoying! Every time we listen to a song that George sings, she'll be all like "The monkey man sings this song!" So, please, sign here if you disagree. You can post if you agree with her too, but please have a reason why you agree.

I voted "George Does Not Look Like a Monkey." He's too much of a handsome man to actually look like a monkey. Anyway, my friend said Paul looks like a chipmunk, so I think I know how you feel. :-/

i wouldnt be too sure. and what exactly did john mean when he wrote me and my monkey? by the way theres nothing wrong when you look like a monkey. now if you should look like a pig then you got a problem.

I'm bored and struggling with the logic of this.
Presuming you win the poll (don't count on it) what are you going to do? Tell your friend "I've conducted a poll on a Beatle forum and the results negate your simian slur. Who looks stupid now?" ?
I fear it will only prove that folk who inhabitat internet forums are as sad and unfufilled as people assume.
But now that she mentions it - those over -developed inscissors, forward facing eyes, brachial-like arms...has anyone checked George's thumbs? According to Geoff Emerick at least, George did have trouble grasping things.

Odd, really... Cuz I didn't think that ever... Then a couple of weeks ago I saw this picture:

And someone mentioned the idea. Of course, I yelled at them, but behind that, I was thinking, "....She's kinda right..."
In a few other pictures, but not over all, no, he doesn't look like a monkey. ^^
And anyway, even if he did all the time, that's one frikin handsome monkey. ;3

It`s character embellishment, but nothing could embellish a swine on an Animal Farm. Even if gets into the dining room of the house.

I vote George doesn't look like a monkey he isn't and that's the truth right ? I would like to go out with signs in the streets(just like a rally) that George is not a monkey that is with an apostrophe! (people would probably be laughing at me... what a silly though that is)

funny thing is that i dont want to be something else than a swine, unlike you. animal farm isnt bad by the way. i ate a copy of it once and it didnt taste too bad.

TO BE HONEST ... now that you mention it, George does look like a monkey!
I don't mean it in any sort of bad way, I still love George (see my sig!), but sorry, but IMO he kind of does!
At least Mick J. had the bananas to admit it (Monkey Man: "I'm a Monkey ..."). But of course he really looked like a monkey.

His teeth were crooked when he was younger, but personally I thought it was sexy. He always had a unibrow, which I always thought he pulled off when on most people it doesn't look attractive.

I think that's just the way he had his hair in front of his ears like that.
If there's anything monkey about him, it stops with his ears...because his face doesn't look like a monkey to me at all :).
I don't know if he looks like a vampire, but he'd make one hecka cute vampire! :).

I think your friend is just trying to pull your chain. The more you defend George, the more your friend is getting your goat.
Tell them you did a poll on a Beatles Forum and we all agreed. (I don't). Then you will get their goat in return.
