I dont believe Ringo is 5 feet 8 inches tall and John, Paul and george 5 11. Ive found out the same data in other part of the Web but Im still thinking its not correct. :(

On the cover of The Beatles At The Beeb album, Ringo looks fairly short compared to the others.

And anyone noticed that the guys didn't seem so tall when they appeared in pictures with other people: Sir George (in the studio) or Peter Brown (in John's wedding) just two examples I remember now. There are videoclips of John... for example: at the beginning of Stand By Me clip John and Yoko entered the white limusine and the man besides them are taller than John (how big the limusine was!!)... if John, Paul and George were 5 11 the other men were 6 03 at least!!! I think John was about 5 08 and Paul and George about 5 09.

Throwing with his left hand!

Would you look at that, left hand again! ;)

So.. I think he's borned left handed, but forced to write with his right hand, like lefties were in those days!
And that made him use his right hand some more..

What about this:

Notice that Paul was ...left-handed too!!!  :D
... but Ringo poses as a right-handed with a left-handed bass??? ??)

Another proof ... he's not got enough space (because of his left-handed bandmate Paul) but prefers that pose  ??)

Ringo's playing right-handed here:

If they'd done a CSNY kind of thing, with four acoustics on stage - Ringo could have handled simpler chords I guess - that would have been cool!

Ringo said once that he only knew 3 chords on guitar ...

... but he was better on piano.

"Though Ringo reportedly admits his musical knowledge beyond percussion is limited, he composed some songs on piano, including "Don't Pass Me By" and "Octopus's Garden".

Ringo IS left-handed but played his drums in a right-hand set-up - that was one of the reasons his drumming was so unique.

We know  ;) (he said it) ... but it's curious that his poses are right-handed, isn't it?

Well we all do strange things - I am right handed but wear my watch on my right hand - it feels weird any other way!

That's the great thing about Ringo - he took a little talent and turned it around to make it much more! The left-handed guy on a right-handed drumkit, the exploration of music through just a small number of chords. But, it's always seemed odd to me that he couldn't actually learn more guitar chords throughout the 60s. Saying that he only knew 3 chords on guitar; surely he could have learnt a few more than that. Seems curious to me.

Cecil Wheeler?, Yoko Ono, John Lennon and Peter Brown (March 20, 1969)

Yoko Ono, John Lennon and Peter Brown (same day)

The Guys with Sir George (1963)

I think Ringo was about 5'6.5'' (169 cm), John about 5'8.5'' (174 cm), George about 5'9.25'' (176 cm) and Paul, clearly the tallest, about 5'10'' (178 cm).
