Title: Books you wouldn't recommend?
Post by: Marvin on July 07, 2011, 06:53:50 AM: As stated in the books you would recommend? thread i would like to extend my collection of books on The Beatles. Which books do you think are not worth the paper they are written on so worth avoiding?

BTW, I didn't think the Bob Spitz book was too bad. Yes, there are a lot of factual errors in it, and it is by far from a complete history. It was entertaining. Just don't read it and believe everything.

Yes, Emmi, the Howard Sounes bio. It was very negative.
