Mine, apart from Got My Mind Set On You, is That's What It Takes. It's feel-good at its best.
What is your favourite? If it is Got My Mind Set On You, then mention your second favourite too. Everyone likes GMMSOY!
-
This Is Love
When We Was Fab
Someplace Else
Just For Today
Cloud 9
I think GMMSOY is quite overrated... This is the only song I hear on the radio I can say. And there are many better ones!!
-
Not so much of a fan of Just For Today. But Cloud Nine is a great album!
I also love Fish On The Sand.
-

I dont. Its corny and boring in my opinion and probably the worst song on the album.
Devil's Radio is probably my favorite. I also think that 'Just For Today' is a fantastic ballad.
-
they are : Got My Mind Set On You
When We Was Fab
Fish On The Sand
Cloud Nine
Breath Away From Heaven
hmm I almost like the whole album XD
-
Wow. This is a tough question for me because Cloud Nine is my favorite George Harrison album. I love all of the songs on it. I can't decide whice song is my favorite on that one. :B
-
I love the title track "Cloud nine" "The slide guitar George does on it is too cool

Hello, Halo1968. Welcome to the forums!
I see you've found the George board. What fun! I'll play:
My fave is "That's What It Takes." As someone said above, "It's feel-good at its best." :)
I like the whole album, but I'm particularly fond of:
Cloud 9
Devil's Radio
Fish On The Sand
When We Was Fab
-
This Is Love.
-
At the moment Breath Away From Heaven, but it's bound to change.
-
it's such a good album but i would choose 'That's What It Takes'.
such a lovely beautiful song & it has a nice atmosphere! :)
-
If That's What It Takes! Really nice! :)
The second would be Just For Today.
-
either Cloud 9 or Devil's Radio.
-
"Cloud Nine," with "Devil's Radio" a close second. Jeff Lynne's production doesn't work for me, though.
-
Cloud 9 i think
-
he sounds so different on this album, at first I didn't think it was him.
-
This is a hard one probably "Fish on the Sand"
-
when we was fab.
i love the video, it's very imaginative.
i especially love the count off led by our ringo.
but the whole album is just great, it brings back so many memories.
i wish he would have toured on it, that would have been a dream come true.
:)

Aw, me, too. Only Japan was so lucky. *sniff*
Reportedly he had a good time on the Japan tour, but didn't pursue it any farther. I think he was bored a lot on tour, and much preferred his garden. But it would have been great to see him.

I kept hoping that george would tour here after japan.
in fact throughout all the 90's there were many rumors that he was releasing a new cd.
brainwashed was a great gift george left us with, i still listen to it quite often.
i do wish that horse to the water would have been included in it.
your very right, i'm sure he received more pleasure from his garden.
:)
