...I have a Selmer RL2 like that one, serial number 1180. The Casbah one is serial number 1168...
How could we find a date for those Selmer serial numbers??

Selmer has tried hard to help owners date their instruments. Their website has a section on product serial number information but it doesn't include pick ups and microphones.

It's a pitty they haven't included that info. I guess they haven't kept the sources for that...

Yes, Xosé. Selmer really didn't keep records of dates and serial numbers for accessories. They kept good records for their higher-end instruments. For example their Buffet clarinets. They didn't keep records for their intermediate grade clarinets, like my Signet 100...
