My friend Kevin Roach kindly presented me with a copy of his book about George's life in Liverpool. Kevin is a dedicated researcher who has been unearthing invaluable information and images of the Beatles lives in Liverpool. Once again, superbly illustrated and containing information about George that you've probably never seen before. One of Kevin's great strengths is finding documentation of George's parents and grandparents, tracing the life of the family with previously unpublished items. Definitely one for your list - particularly anyone who loves George and wants to know more about his early experiences.
