I think most of these suits against the Beatles are really called, "Sue them if you find any resemblance at all, because they have lots of money." Poor John. I believe him when he called it a tribute. It certainly doesn't sound like a ripoff to me.

Tara, I'm not sure the song has any real meaning. It sounds like John is playing with words again, because he loved that. "Hold you in his armchair" -- that's very silly, kind of a play on "hold you in his arms". Does anyone know if John had anyone in mind when he wrote this? Cheers.
