Right.  That sequence appeared in the Let It Be film.  Ringo looks bored out of his mind.  He had some exercises for that though...

I remember a music writer one calling this a great ‘lost’ Beatle song. I guess it gets overlooked outside of Beatle freaks as it was in the messy film.

I think it’s a top song except it goes on a verse too long. The slightly off tune harmonies make it a different type of song for them, but it’s fun to singalong loud with in the car lol. George plays a pretty good bass on it too

On the subject of George and bass, the new HCTS has inspired me to sit and play the bass and sing along with it and maybe film it if I perform ok lol. It’s a fairly easy bass line even for an amateur like me but I haven’t played it for ages lol

Right.  George is playing the bass line on his Fender Telecaster...

It's a great song but I wish the video wasn't so lifeless looking.

Let it Be is a great album.  I don't know why it's ranked so low.  There's so much of John and Paul singing together on it.  More so than on Abbey Road, for sure.

for me, Let it be, the album, the only true negatives for me are Maggie Mae (filler) and I never got "One after 909", if it had been on Please Please me or With the Beatles maybe it makes sense.
