...but you know what I'd hate the media to do when Paul passes away?
Pull some headline with "PAUL IS DEAD" or something like that. To me, it just feels like a moronic cheap shot.
Not that i'm like, awaiting or wanting this, it was just on my mind. o_O

Yeah, that would be too cheesy, in my opinion... And it would feel like a cheap shot... And it's not like Paul wanted to be considered dead in the 60s, so why would he want to be shot at because of that?
Meh, I don't really think people are bad enough to do that, but I'm sure someone somewhere, in any given country, state or town will print it... Ah well... We'll live, i'm sure ;)

^Actually I think Paul did flirt with idea of being dead in the 60's and teased the fans accordingly. One thing for sure, good luck pending, we will live.

If somebody does do it, there will probably be a lot of angry Beatles fans boycotting the newspaper.
I can see Us Weekly or a similar type magazine with a headline like that.
-
I can defintely see alot of newspapers doing that, and comidal shows.
Kind of a funny thing.

I agree with Mush. a LOT of periodicals will do it. It's an easy, quick and cheap headline and headline writers ALWAYS go for the most obvious.
-
Unfortunately, you know its going to happen. Some jerk-off columnist will think that they are clever by putting a headline that says, "Paul is dead man, miss him miss him" or something like that.

I think when Paul does pass away the media will probably say " really " after announcing it because of the Paul is dead fiasco back in 69.
