Liverpool Beatles landmark celebrates its 55 year past with a look at its future

Liverpool’s famed Cavern Club celebrated its 55th birthday on Monday by inviting 200 music students from Solihull Music Services to perform on the same stage where the Beatles, Paul McCartney, David Gilmore, the Arctic Monkeys and Adele all once played.“We have an ongoing relationship with Solihull Music Services after they started bringing pupils to visit us almost four years ago," said Cavern Club owner Dave Jones. "We were extremely impressed with the musical ability we saw and since then we have honored our commitment to fostering new music talent by inviting them back for our birthday."
