Heh. Early John. I like the hair John drew in his self portrait, but I can NEVER do it! What looks like this simple curved line is impossible for me to duplicate! I'm art impared.

Definintley one of my favorite bands, whenever I make a top 10 least the highest they fall under is 6 and lowest is 8. They don't hold up to The Doors or Pink Floyd though, still, they define rock and roll and no other group including those mentioned have came to their level and none ever will.

i discovered them through the rutles pretty much... i looked through all of theese old records mum had so i could put one on... i saw magical mystery tour and im like: OH THE TRAGICAL HISTORY TOUR! (if you havent seen the rutles, they changed the name of their albums)
I saw the real title and thought: my god! the rutles are really clever!
i put it on and heard I am the walrus (at that time my favourite song) and i was going: Piggy in the middle! (rutles version!)
i got hooked instantly

I have been a dedicated Beatles fan since I first heard them on the radio in the backseat of my parent's car when I was about 5 way back in 69.  I didn't know their history or their classic rock albums or current albumsat the time until I was about 11/12 years old way back in 75/76.  I think some hardcore fans or obsessed fans who have everything with their name on it are out of their minds mentally as with my other favorite groups like the Stones, Zeppelin, Skynyrd, Kiss & Van Halen.

When I think of KISS, I think of the as the guys with all the makeup and big hair, and not the group that sang "Rock and Roll all Nite." In fact I can't even name another KISS song besides that one.

That oughta tell you something. When a band's image is more famous then their music, it's not a good sign.

I'm a Beatles' fan since I was 11, now i'll turn into 28 on the 5th October and my love is the same. Ok i use to listen to other stuff too, but the Beatles will be always The Beatles !!!!!! And [size=14][/size]John is my god !!!!!  ;D
