Found this Kev from McCartneys secret vault site.
Blackpool (McCartney)
One of a number of demo home recordings Paul made in the years 1971 and 1972. It is a band demo rather than the usual solo demo discs he was making around that time. This one features three acoustic guitars, an electric keyboard and drums.
It remains unreleased.

somebody just bought me the 3 dVD set 'The McCartney Years' when the menu screen is up he is playing alone and singing it with an acoustic guitar, I like it.

There's different versions of the song:
"Blackpool" By Paul McCartney (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeX_gmgfWvQ#)
You can d/load this version here: Blackpool (guitar demo).flac (http://www.4shared.com/file/hku2ZYrw/Blackpool__guitar_demo_.html)
This sounds like a band demo:

I think the Blackpool numbers are describing female stats 38 23 38
but for Southport it gets silly
and Margate gets even sillier
he sings it a lot better imo in the first vid that Cor put up (great voice at that time)
