Oh well my computers at home are networked. So they do have the same exact IP address....I have posted on another forum on both computers and the IP address comes up the same.
I also know that by looking at three numbers...if they are the same then it means it is coming from the same town. You can narrow it down to if it is coming from the same block. That is why you should never give out IP address because people can find out where you live.
I will give you an example...
