So are you saying out of these particular songs, or out of ALL of the songs?

I'm very biased, but I'd go with Paul either way. The range and versatility of his voice is amazing, and it's just so beautiful.

Ohhhh don't I feel stupid! hahaha

OK, well for Ringo, I'm going to agree with you and go with Boys. For George, Something or While My Guitar Gently Weeps (but I think George's voice got MUCH better in later years). John, well for his "rocker" voice I'll go with Rock and Roll Music, for his softer voice, I'll go with Julia.

And Paul, I will never, EVER be able to answer this question, he sounds so different in so many songs!

For Ringo, I'll choose "Boys" too.  There's just something awesome about the way he delivers it!  Almost swoon-inducing...  :D
For George, it's a toughie, 'cos you've kinda got the early, thick, untrained George voice, and the later, developed, melodic George voice.  Out of the earlier songs, I'll go with "Do You Want To Know A Secret".  Later songs, I'll choose "I Me Mine".
For Paul, I think I have to divide it between his "Little Richard-esque screamers" and his "softer melodic" songs.  For the screamers, it's definitely "I'm Down"...  Can't get enough of that voice!  And for the softer ones, though there are MANY...  oh bugger it, I can't choose one.  ;D
For John, I can definitely split it between a rocker and a softie...  The rocker has to be "Bad Boy".  Those screams...  deary me!  And the softie is probably "Ask Me Why", even though "Across The Universe" is actually my fave Beatles song.  There's just something about the delivery of "Ask Me Why" that gets to me more.

John - I'm so Tired (or maybe Walrus, or Happiness is a Warm Gun). I love the way I'm So Tired goes from sleepy-sounding to screaming back to sleepy, all in less than a minute!! Liam Gallagher made a career out of copying that Walrus vocal.

Paul - Hey Jude (or Helter Skelter). Hey Jude shows off his range as a singer - from the ballad opening to the screaming at the end.

George - While My Guitar. His voice definitely improved towards the end of the 60s and reached its peak on All Things Must Pass.

Ringo - Boys. Ringo's best singing was on his early tunes, IMO, though With A Little Help is good as well.

So (apart from Ringo!) I'd go for '68 as the best year for Beatle vocals.

John: I want you (she's so heavy), Julia, Come Together
Paul: And I love her, I'm Down, You never give me your money
George: Something, Within You Without You, I need you
Ringo: Um... Octopus's Garden. (I'm just going by what each of them wrote)

For John - I like his rock n' roll voice ("Twist and Shout", "Rock and Roll Music" stuff ) and also "Happiness Is A Warm Gun" (of course).
I've always liked George's voice on "I Need You" for some reason.
"Boys" seems like a right choice for Ringo.
And for Paul - about everything he has ever sung  :) (From "I Saw Her Standing There" to "Things We Said Today" to "I'm Looking Through You" to "Yesterday" to "She's Leaving Home" to "You Never Give Me Your Money" to "Two Of Us).
