I am going to watch this the old-fashioned way...on VHS! My son has HBO and recorded it for me. I am really looking forward to it this weekend.
It will be my reward for having to work Saturday.  :)

- the archival footage: lots of unseen and upgraded clips, including the George Harrison/John Lennon interview on David Frost from 1967,

Hey Cor...I found that clip we were looking for!  ;D

How's it going Beatles fanatics? I hope all is well with all of you. I have today and tomorrow off giving me a four day weekend. I am a happy man! I saw Part 2 of the GEORGE HARRISON: LIVING IN THE MATERIAL WORLD documentary tonight and I LOVED IT as well. Part 2 talks more indepth about GEORGE HARRISON, THE MAN! Seeing Part 2, I really have a whole different opinion as well as more respect for the late GEORGE HARRISON than I ever did. Part 2 really goes indepth into George's inner Spirituality as well as his association with the Hare Krishna. I feel confident that all of you will see and enjoy it. Take care.

How's it going mate? In my opinion, Lionsgate (The film company) is showing the documentary in the US on HBO while in Europe (Excluding the US), Lionsgate is releasing the documentary in a 2-DVD set on 10 October 2011. You can only buy the 2-DVD set in a Region 2 code. What are these bloody mongrels trying to do? Take care mate.

Hi Stevie! How are you? That's great news! I'm really surprised that the documentary isn't shown all over the world at the same time. Take care.

Like "Let It Be". I was thinking today that it's just plain mean to make it so not everyone can see this. I wouldn't get to see it if my son wasn't so nice to his mom.

I'm sure George would want it to be shown on a channel so that everybody could see it or in the movie theatre.I agree with you about it being mean! Some people won't get to see it until they get it on DVD or Blu Ray but overall I think it should've been played so that everybody could see it at the same time (not including time zones and things like that).

What an amazing film! I tried to watch it all in one sitting but it was so intense that I had to stop 3/4 of the way through. I am just very impressed with what I've seen so far and will finish up tomorrow.

My DVD of the film arrived today.

My 2-DVD set from England arrived today. Seeing that this 2-DVD set is a Region 2 code and I own a Region Free DVD Player/Recorder, I'm looking forward to watching it this weekend.

Hi mate! In my opinion, every manufacturer worldwide should make and sell nothing but Region Free DVD Players/Recorders.
