Thanks Larry for such a great posting! Got any more like that ? I just got LUCKY, there are more knowledgeable Beatle-o-philes here than me. That was a lot of fun! On the third question I was thinking of American release's. Parlophone never occured to me since it was Their Uk label. Were Billboard charts recognized In the UK at that time as they were in the USA?
He posts tons of quizzes at Moondogs and he has a blog too Ric.  Theryre always quite challenging and interesting.

We Can Work It Out and Day Tripper?

And are you sure about Come Together being an A-side?
I may be wrong, but We Can Work it out and Day Tripper could have been a double-side A, but I can find no documentation.

That said:  Yes on Come Together and Something.  They both landed at #1.

Gee thanks tkitna and Herecomesyoursun.  I actually thought this one was pretty brutal, but Rickenbacker nailed it right away.

I will have to try harder.

And thanks for the plug to the blog; once I refresh content there, I will post the link to it on this site.

Great! I'm currently working on the one you posted on the Moondoggy forum and i'm stumped again as usual. I'll keep at it though. (damn birthdays,,,,could be anyone)
The question for everyone else here is this:  Whose birthday is February 18?

I even gave two hints -- it's obviously a Beatle or someone closely affiliated with the Beatles, AND this individual's name is featured in the song title of a Beatle track.

Give Mendips a cigar.  That is correct.

So, tell me:  Did you know the birthdate, or was the clue about the song title the giveaway here.?

I was trying to be coy:  We know Yoko, Ringo, Paul's sheepdog (Martha), John, the Maharishi (in the person of Sexy Sadie), etc. were all featured in Beatle song track titles.  But you nailed it:  It was Yoko.

I went too deep into the question. I was looking at people like Beethoven, Dr. Robert, Eleanor Rigby (Al's picture of the tombstone didnt have a birthdate, just death), etc,,. The obvious answers kill me.
