Tuesday I watched The First US Visit been ages since I've watched it.

That's such an excellent film. I love the part where they're at the Peppermint Lounge. Murray the K kept right up with Ringo and the girls!

I think Bill Murray the K was one of the funniest bits in a movie full of funny bits.

Many Years Ago...Allan Williams extremely low-budget flick of his days running the Beatles...free on YouTube and quite fun to watch.

You sound like me; I got the Anthology for Christmas and I haven't watched it yet. And I was so excited when I got it!

I watched Anthology when it was aired in 1996 but this set is so much more. Still, I was just amazed when I saw it on TV. When I was your age (back when dinosaurs roamed the earth) seeing video of The Beatles was a pretty rare treat and certainly not on-demand like today, with YouTube and DVDs. I remember having a hard time sleeping those nights after watching Anthology. LOL

My mom also saw them when they were on in 1996!That was so funny about what you said about how when you were my age it was when dinosaurs roamed the earth  ha2ha I understand how I'm lucky being able to see Beatles things on YouTube and on DVD - though I'd much rather be able to enjoy it as much as you did when there wasn't any of those things to watch it on,I would have loved to get excited about seeing the Anthology when it first aired! :)
