I keep looking at this sweet picture and thinking how nice it would be to hold a newborn again. Twenty nine years ago today I held my daughter for the first time. Temps fugit.

Not sure if this was deliberate, but Briar Rose was Sleeping Beauty's second name. Her first was Aurora, but after her parents sent her into hiding (from the evil Maleficent) she was renamed Briar Rose. A truly beautiful name. :)

Thats exactly where they got it Kathy. Its way better than some of the other names they were contemplating.
