Beatles Parody
« on: June 25, 2004, 02:44:41 PM »

Hi

New to the forum, but not new to the Fab Four!

A friend of mine sent me this link to a parody on the Sgt Peppers album. I guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...

They definitely look like an interesting lot...

BTW, has anyone here heard Beatallica? It's a dead on Metallica impersonation mixed with Beatles tracks....my favorite is a double beatle/Metallica track called "Everybody's Got A Ticket To Ride (Except For Me and My Lightning)"....a lot of the songs will mix lyrics from The Beatles and Metallica....."When I find myself in times of trouble, hybrid children come to me"....they don't do it for profit and you can get all the songs on their website. It's definitely worth a check into.

yeah, Beatallica is funny and good but this other group looks like crap.
They seem to be a crappy dead metal band and slipknot wannabes

For what it's worth, this band was formed in 1985 (from what I understand) and folks have said that it was Slipknot who actually took their gimmick.

But, actually, who cares!
