Hello! everyone I just received and e-mail from lennon.net saying the following

Cynthia Lennon book to be published in the autumn - 15 Mar 2005

Cynthia Lennon has revealed that she is working on a book which is to
be
published in September.

oh man can't wait! i personally haven't read her first book, but I would love to read it ;)

Sounds very interesting - I've read A Twist of Lennon, which I thought was basically a re-telling of the familiar Beatle story. It sounds like this will go much further.

Yeah this book sounds much more personal. just look at the title, naming it "John"...seems emotional

I have always respected Cynthia, and I remember 'A Twist of Lennon' being well written, but releasing this to coincide with the 25th anniversary of his death, and I'm sure there will be a glut of books and other things to cash in, the timing seems more like a publicity stunt/opportunity than anything. I guess I held her to a higher standard than, say, the Ocean Child from Hell.

But the book sounds interesting to me. I always liked Cynthia. I feel sorry for her, having to go through all that sh*t with John... all she ever did was fall in love with a tormented artist wh later broke her heart...

I plan on reading the book Cynthia wrote called John when I get the chance at my local library.
