The FIFA even skipped Lampards goal from the official highlights, as seen here: http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/highlights/video/video=1261437/index.html

His shot on the bar in the second half was included tho...

Remarkable that a full South American set in the semi finals is possible...

Unbelievable! The first half Brazil was so much better that I really feared it would be 3-0 by half time. Somehow the Brazilians totally lost it in the second half. Until the 1-1 I really didn't think we'd stand a chance.

I think it will be Netherlands vs Germany in the final, which will be a great game.

Spain are doing well but I don't think they will be able to beat Germany, because Germany are playing so well - they are defending really strongly then getting goals on the break. I can't believe they beat Argentina 4-0 - that's an amazing result. At least England managed to score against them - Argentina didn't even manage that!

And the Netherlands were excellent to beat Brazil. They should be OK to beat Uruguay and get to the final.

Difficult to say who will win the final though - I'd like it to be the Netherlands but I think it may be Germany. Whoever wins I'm sure it will be a good match.

Germany were absolutely brilliant yesterday. Calm, controlled and counter attack masters! They way they absorbed Argentina's attack in the 2nd half and then demolished them was a joy to watch. I'd like to see how Netherlands and Germany affect each other if they get to meet up. They have many similar qualities and may cancel each other out.

Uruguay will be a tough match. They're not in the semifinals by pure luck.

You know who I want to see wasted - Brazil. I'm sick of their smug self assurance and their aren't-they-prettier than yours girls. I want to see them demolished by some sensible european team. Samba to that.

Not pure luck. Uruguay is one of the just two countries in this tournament that haven't lost yet, that should say something. But I would say they've had their share of luck. They had a though first round, but I think that in both the second round and quarter finals they've had pretty much the (relatively) weakest opponents they possibly could've gotten. And if they would've played by the rules, they wouldn't even have made the semi-finals.

Which certainly doesn't mean that I espect this to be a walkover for The Netherlands. When it comes to underestimating your opponent, I think we've learned our lesson two years ago...

The rules were followed. Hands ball, followed by a red card and a penalty kick. If the rules were obeyed strictly during the whole tournament, it would have been totally different. Off side goals and vice versa, not given yellow cards...

Depends on how you look at it, I guess. Ghana would've won if Suarez had played by the rules.
