Here's another!

Fifth Dimension - Go Where You Wanna Go [HD video / Very Good(-) picture quality]

Go Where You Wanna Go was The 5th Dimension's first hit.  They  began rehearsing in early 1966 and took the name of The Versatiles. They auditioned for Marc Gordon, who headed Motown's Los Angeles office. Although their demo tape was rejected by Motown, he agreed to manage them and brought them to the attention of Johnny Rivers, who had just started his own label, Soul City Records. Their first Soul City single, I'll Be Lovin' You Forever, was a flop, but a cover of The Mamas And the Papas' Go Where You Wanna Go climbed into the top 20 on both R&B and pop stations.    Wikipedia

The Mamas And The Papas didn't chart with Go Where You Wanna Go the year before...

Both band's music is a little different but their harmonies are very similar. What do you think?

No doubt In My Life but after THE 5TH DIMENSION broke up, Marilyn's voice sounded so angelic as a solo artist.

This song sounds very Motownish, but I love it!

Marilyn McCoo sang so many cover songs while on Solid Gold in the 1970's and 1980's, here's one of them.

A very wholesome group. I love their version of "Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In".
