Eh, I tried

I always remember those names, but forget that they failed in one of the auditions for one of them (Fury or Gentle). Cant remember which and dont know the third off hand.

The third one was Janice the Stripper, who also went by Shirley...
As for Davey Jones and Gene Vincent, I think they only played the same bill as them. They never backed them up.

There's the Beatles with Davy Jones. It looks like there's more happening than just being on the same bill.

They also backed up for Wally (Everett?) for a recording of Fever in a Hamburg studio.

Sheridan, Gentle and Janice had John, Paul and George play the entire night as their backup band as they were hired to do...
Davey Jones, in this picture, sang a few times WITH the Beatles as did others on stage, but as far as I know, never hired them as a backup band.
You gonna count Morcambe and Wise, too?

Your question was:
who were the three people John, Paul and George played back up for. You didn't mention it had to be at least a complete night.
But whatever, it doesn't matter to me.

Next time I'll be more specific knowing Kim Jung Il could make his way into some of the logic...
I should have written it: what three acts were John, Paul and George hired to backup.

If we include Pete Best we have to include Stu Sucliffe too.  They backed him live on songs like "Love Me Tender" & "Loving You".  People who were there say Stu got the most applause of the night.

Gotta include Ringo too.  They played backup for him a lot.

We're NOT including Ringo or Best...When did Ringo or Best book the other three for them to sing all night?

John, Paul and George backed up Kim Jong-il?  I didn't know that.

As far as I know, Janice was the only one in which they were booked (by Allan Williams)...
In Hamburg, I guess women would pop up on stage and at times strip.
