For some reason, I had never seen this in its entirety until just yesterday. It's sort of interesting. Lennon seems so "normal" here. Subdued or something. No attitude or biting comments. He seems very Americanized already. In his attitude. It's kind of odd. Unsettling.
Also, It's funny what he says about Paul always being more popular than the rest since the early days. I don't think that was true at all. Their popularity seemed pretty even. Which is one of the reasons they are so different from most other bands. They didn't have one stand out star that took up all the limelight. Wonder why he thought that?
Anyway, it's interesting to watch if you haven't seen it.
Somehow I just can't watch Tom Snyder without thinking of Dan Aykroyd. He was a bit of a nut wasn't he? That laugh!
