Macca seems to be getting a bit mixed up in his interview - he says him and George used to do the backing vocals and John sang the lead, but it sounds to me like Paul sang lead on The Beatles version ....

Came across this on YouTube - a Beatles cover band from Japan called Jacaranda doing Searchin.
These guys are great! Obviously trying to recreate Hamburg-era Beatles and doing a very good job at it too!
