Hi Anjf1,
Most of the Irish-pressed 45s from the 60s are generally worth a little more than their UK counterparts, but not a huge amount more.
Some of the early Beatles singles from Ireland are more sought after because not so many copies were pressed. But by the time of Can't Buy Me Love, the Beatles were a massive phenomenon worldwide and millions of copies of the single were sold around the world, so I don't think your single will be one of the rarer ones.
I just did a quick search at eBay to look for any completed listings of Beatles singles made in Ireland and came up with one entry ...
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Beatles-Eleanor-Rigby-Sub-7-Irish-Press-Ireland-/130537735438?pt=UK_Records&hash=item1e64a7c50e (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Beatles-Eleanor-Rigby-Sub-7-Irish-Press-Ireland-/130537735438?pt=UK_Records&hash=item1e64a7c50e)
It's a different single to yours, but it sold for EUR7, which is actually what you'd expect a UK press of the same single to sell for since it still has its original sleeve, so I don't think the price was bumped up by much just because it was from Ireland rather than the UK.
The price of vinyl always depends on condition - if it looks like it has never been played since the day it was bought then it will be priced in the tens of euros, but if it has marks on the record or writing on the labels or if it doesn't have its own sleeve then all these things will drop the value a bit. I would say EUR10 would be an average price for a Irish-pressed Beatles single in VG condition.
Hope that helps :)
