Where the hell was Bob Dylan??

There's a docu on soon about the 10 most influential individuals in rock history. None of The Beatles made it but George Martoin did. (obviously if it was individual groups/acts  they would be there.)

On Bob's tour guide for 2002 George's concert is shown as a date, with a note saying on 13/11 Dylan announced he would not be attending. No reason given.
