The Singing Rebels Band , did George write this song " Freedom" that was used in the film Water (1985) ?
It's nice to see George and Ringo playing together in this film  :)

That was cool seeing them together again! But what kind of movie is that?? It seems crazy random!

did some googling and found that george produced this film

also, 'the rebels' was supposedly the name of george's pre-beatles group with his brother

According to IMDb the song was written by Eric Clapton / Ian La Frenais (1984) George wrote two songs for the film Celebration and Focus Of Attention both from (1984)
Don't know either of thses songs , the DVD of this comedy film is avalible from Amazon .
It's a long time since i've seen this film but i think it was quite a fun movie , it's got Michael Caine and Leonard Rossiter in it which good casting as well as Billy Conolly , might be worth getting the DVD ?
George's Handmade Films produced it , looks like he was quite involved in this film more so than his others  :)
