That is a fan!


A fan is someone who loves the music of The Beatles. They don't have to have a detailed knowledge of the guys - such as in the case of myself. But, being here I learn more and have a needed good time.  :)

Ok let me put it like this easy for you to understnd--
sincce the 1st was too hard.

A groupie just buys things & knows squat.

A fan puts time-effort-dedication-ect!

Is that easy to understand?

Easy, but false. A fan loves the music of The Beatles. I can't see anyone 'just buying' CDs they don't want.

Thats part of what I said--I can't lsit every detail that requires or a fan or it would take 5 pages.

Now, now Djinn...We have had members who have berated others before....they tend not to last too long around here. This forum is for all Beatle fans, not elite-ists. I think Lennon would have wanted it that way imo.

If life was that simple maybe but it's not and I find your tone patronising. Groupies tend to hang around the back of stages. A fan encompasses a broad spectrum of enjoying The Beatles.

Your quick to correct others when you have plenty of your own statements reading wrong. Maybe it's best just to calm it down a bit or find another forum to join? People have tried to welcome you. It's a shame because you have a lot of knowledge and memories of Beatles.

I don't like to get involved but it is getting to a point now Djinn. :-/

I already moved on to the main topic--
why is this still going on about fans & groupies.
No 2 people are going to agree on it & I am calm.
