Ok, so app SO-383 is Abbey Road.  It shouldn't have any mention of 'Her Majesty on the cover or the label. There are several different versions of this, ranging is price from $300-500 in mint condition. Can you post a photo of it? Of course if the signatures are genuine it'll be worth a lot more. However, as it's Abbey Road it's less likely that they're genuine due to the fact that they were never again all in the same place at the same time.

This is also the American pressing, so it's certain that the signatures are fake, I'm afraid. And therefore the album itself is probably worthless, as it's been defaced.

I'm not sure how to find out if the signatures are real. The Beatles are one of the most difficult group of people to find real signatures. Unless you are there watching them sign the record it is difficult to tell if it was signed by them. Since many of their signatures were forged by people who worked for them, like Neil Aspinal I think openly said that The Beatles gave him permission to forge their signatures.
So, even though it is a nice piece of memoribillia, it probably was not signed by all of The Beatles due to the fact that it was sitting in a pile of trash. But there is still a tiny chance that you came across a real treasure so I wouldn't let it out of your sight until you find out! ;)

Paul's and Ringo's look like they might be genuine. George's looks very fake to me. His and John's have faded, which suggests that they were written with a different pen, maybe added by someone later. Of course, Neil and Mal used to do a lot of their signatures.

If that's what people in Buffalo throw away, I'd love to see what they keep.

Well what i do at work, We  clean out abandon houses and take everything to the  local landfill. Well i have a kin eye for old items that might be worth a few bucks, well i noticed this album in a basement on a shelf in a dark corner, i grabbed it and noticed it was a original beatles album from the 60's......... then i turned it over and noticed the signatures  :) But now i have to send it in to PSA/DNA to get them authenticated and will cost $150. Iam kinda worried about sending something like this threw the mail! :-/

My aunt actually used to go dumpster diving and she found alot of valuable stuff.  Just don't go diggin where they throw out food and your ok.

1luckyguy, I hope thats real! What a really great thing to find.

Is there maybe anyway you can wait and find someone to show it to in person? Even if it meant having to travel a ways to show it?  I would be super scared to let it out of my site!

And you know, even if its fake, I would have still been happy to find something like that.  Just a cool thing!

This is a set of apparently authentic Beatles signatures from 1963:

Though their sigs do vary slightly, George's looks like a particularly bad attempt, and John's is barely visable.

I think you'll be throwing $150 away. The record is in such poor condition, that even if the sigs were real - and I think it's only slightly possible that two of them might be - it may not be worth more than that. If you're determined to go through with it though, why not send it recorded delivery, or DHL?

If it is real, would you really want to sell it? I'd have it framed myself.

Me too! The only record I've found in the garbage was once, accidentally, a BROKEN Bee Gees single from 1970: "I.O.I.O."/"Sweetheart". Is anybody interested on it? LOL
